And as a result, we have a reputation as one of the leading trucking companies in the country and one of the lowest driver turnover ratios in our industry. A driver stays with Hunt Transportation an average of three times longer than with other trucking companies.
Hunt Transportation values and acknowledges the years of service, professionalism, safety and productivity of our drivers with several recognition programs.
Once a driver has exceeded one million miles with Hunt Transportation, they join the Million Mile Club. They are awarded a belt buckle and decals are added to their truck to recognize this achievement.
A yearly performance award is given out to the top three company drivers and to the top three owner/operators.
Anniversary awards are given out at one, three and five years of service and every five years after.
These programs have been developed to show fellow drivers and the public that the drivers from Hunt Transportation are the best in the industry.
